Salon Ambience

We want you to thoroughly enjoy the time that you spend with us and ensure that the experience is completely relaxing. So, please turn off your mobile phone or pager once you arrive at Institut de beauté and leave the outside world behind you for a couple of hours.

Treatment times

All treatment times are approximate and may include an element of preparation and/or consultation time. Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your treatment.

Courses

IDB recommend courses of Treatments. All Courses should be completed within 12 months. Courses of Treatments are not transferable and non-refundable.

Treatment suitability

Please be aware that not all treatments are suitable for everyone, particularly where pregnant and some individuals with certain conditions. Our therapists are happy to discuss your requirements prior to booking your treatment.

IDB reserve the right at all times to decline to provide a treatment.

Gratuities

If you would like to leave a gratuity for your therapist then please leave it with reception.

Reservations & Deposits

Institut de beauté recommend the pre-booking of appointments – to secure an appointment and a therapist deposits are required. Deposits can be held ‘on account’ on an ongoing basis and are credited to the Clients account within the Salon Computer System

Cancellations

Please give us 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of £20 will be deducted from a deposit or charged where less or no notice is given.
